Son of Fury
Son of Fury; The Victorian Era drama revolving around the life of Benjamin Blake. A British Nobleman by birth, stripped of his birthright by his ruthless Uncle who believed him to be a bastard child. Typical class warfare and good versus evil. In the end Sir Benjamin Blake discovers proof by marriage at sea of his entitlement. However, the story takes an unexpected twist at the end when the perceived heroine and love of Benjamins life, is discovered to be nothing better than his ruthless Uncle. Benjamin returns to his "Pretty Polynisian Baby" and the lifestyle that treated him as equal among his peers. If you like rooting for the underdog, this is a must see!

Congrats
Congratulations President elect Barack Hussein Obama! Umm, like I told my daughter who's a big Obama fan; write down all the changes you'll like to see that Obama is claiming to make when he's Pres. and give them to me. We'll revisit them in four years and see if anything gets accomplished. I was naive enough to think that something would actually change sometimes too, but I think it's still going to be politics as usual. We shall see.
Cheers
PS. Let's not forget how absolutely miserable the dems have been to the reps these past eight years. So now I guess we can say "it's open season on dems for a change".

Go Vote!
Well, today's the day. Time to make up your mind on who you think will be better at leading this great country of ours. I'm going to change this site into a place where I can write about this certain group of women I absolutely adore.

Powell endorses Barack Obama. Was anyone really surprised to hear the news? If I were a black man, and had the chance to vote for the first black Presidential candidate who had a legitimate shot, I'm sure I'd vote for him too. Regardless of political issues. Let's face it, this is a milestone for black people. I'm just waiting for people on the left to accuse me of racism, because I'm not voting for him, or I'm outspoken against him. To be honest if Ret. Gen. Colin Powell were the Republican party candidate I don't know if I would've voted for him, but it's got nothing to do with racism. Sen. Trent Lott made a remark humoring an older white politician from the south on his birthday, which was misconstued and taken out of context by the political left. In short they were calling Trent a racist. Powell was asked to come to his defense and try to cool racial tension. Powell did not! Is it possible Powell is racist? You make the call. So, because of this incident I'd hesitate before voting for Powell in this hypothetical. More evidence; I voted for Lynn Swann for Governor of Pennsylvania. Also, I was hoping Condi Rice would have been a forerunner of the Republican party candidacy. Been saying that for a few years.

Just a regular Joe
Can you believe all the instances of voter fraud? Goes back to what has been said recently, one party will do whatever it takes to get into office. Doing what's best for their politcal party, not the Country.
Can you believe the media, well everyone but Fox News that is, is crucifying Joe the Plumber. Just a regular Joe who asked Barack a simple question, but because the response was less than desirable from O'bama, they're willing to degrade someone because they want to make Barack look better. This may be the achilles heel of the O'bama campaign. Attacking a regular Joe is not the way to go!
